World of Warcraft: Midnight's 12.1.5 update arrives 13 October
Blizzard has dated the next chapter of World of Warcraft: Midnight. The 12.1.5 content update lands with weekly maintenance on 13 October in North America and 14 October in Europe, bringing a single-boss raid, a nine-chamber Labyrinth for Delve fans and the return of Keystone Myth.

The next slab of World of Warcraft: Midnight now has a date on it. Blizzard's official news post puts the 12.1.5 content update on 13 October alongside weekly maintenance in North America, and on 14 October for Europe — nine weeks after the Curse of Ula'tek patch that opened Season 2.
A single-boss raid closes the Zul'Aman story
The headline addition is The Unbinding of Kith'ix, a one-boss raid with Story Mode, Normal, Heroic and Mythic difficulties. Mythic scales to a flexible group of 15 to 25 players. Kith'ix is the C'Thraxxi general imprisoned beneath the Venomous Abyss, and Lady Liadrin fights at your side as the Quel'Thalas and Zul'Aman storyline reaches its final confrontation.
A nine-chamber Labyrinth for Delve regulars
Delves get a heavier sibling. The Labyrinth of Kindo'jan is a mega-dungeon-sized gauntlet with nine chambers, a Tier 11 solo challenge, Mythic gear, cosmetics and titles, and Valeera Sanguinar back as your companion. Blizzard says you can clear it in one long session or a wing at a time, with every extra room adding both loot and risk.
Keystone Myth returns and the power curve climbs
Keystone Myth is back for Season 2, with a “Midnight Keystone Myth: Season 2” achievement for anyone who reaches a Mythic+ rating of 3600, arriving alongside targeted dungeon tuning. The mid-season refresh also continues the Nebulous Voidcore chain: Orin Straylight in Silvermoon City starts handing out one extra Voidcore a week for bonus rolls from the week of 7 October, Ascendant Venomstones arrive the week of 20 October, and the crest cap lifts the week of 21 October. Bank ten Ascendant Venomstones and you can push the item level of a fully upgraded Season 2 Hero, Myth or top-tier Tidal Crafted weapon, trinket or necklace at the Catalyst.
Aqir Invasions and a new campaign
The story campaign “The Promise of Tomorrow” carries the Amani thread forward, while Aqir Invasions add zone-wide public events across Eversong Woods and Zul'Aman. Each invasion runs for ten minutes every hour, stringing together six scenario types — three combat, three not — drawn from a pool of eight affixes before a boss fight closes it out. Devourer Demon Hunters also get a targeted fix: Collapsing Star now gains range once it starts casting and no longer sits on a five second cooldown when the cast is cancelled.
Our opinion
What 12.1.5 really admits is that Delves outgrew their brief. The format arrived as a solo-friendly side activity and has now produced a nine-chamber, Mythic-gear-bearing descendant, which is Blizzard conceding the idea landed harder than the pitch suggested. Keystone Myth is the second tell: a 3600 rating target is a deliberately small club, and pairing it with dungeon retuning rather than new dungeons is the cheaper and more honest fix for a season in its back half. The open question is the Labyrinth's “one epic session or one wing at a time” promise, because nine chambers is a long night for a pick-up group and a great night for nobody in it. Even so, a raid, a new Delve format and a returning competitive ladder is a fuller patch than the 12.1.5 label implies.
