Project Sekai and Cocos launch a colourful collaboration campaign
The Japanese restaurant chain will serve themed food, distribute character goods and decorate six locations from October 21.
The Japanese restaurant chain Cocos is teaming up with Project Sekai: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku for a nationwide campaign running from October 21 to December 15, 2026.1
The official campaign site shows a sizeable menu of themed activity: six collaboration dishes, character-designed clear files, a limited clear bottle with the premium drink bar, original in-store voices, web prizes and limited merchandise.1 The campaign’s menu and giveaway details change between the first period, running to November 17, and the second, which begins on November 18.1
Food, goods and decorated restaurants
Cocos says customers ordering eligible collaboration dishes can receive a random A4 clear file, while supplies last. The official site also sets a limit of six eligible meals per person per day across dine-in and takeaway orders.1
The campaign will sell limited acrylic stand panels and random-design badges at selected restaurants, with a numbered-ticket system for some stores. Six locations will receive full decorations using newly drawn Project Sekai character art: Sapporo Miyanomori, Sendai Nakano, Heiwadai in Tokyo, Narumi in Aichi, Joto-Imafuku in Osaka and Ohashi in Fukuoka.1
Famitsu reports that the collaboration’s six units are represented across the menu, with the first half focusing on Virtual Singer, Vivid BAD SQUAD and 25-ji, Nightcord de., before Leo/need, MORE MORE JUMP! and Wonderlands x Showtime take over for the second half.2
Our opinion
This is a properly built campaign rather than a single promotional dish: the rotating menu, collectable clear files, in-store audio and decorated restaurants give fans several reasons to engage without pretending the collaboration is anything other than a limited-time event. The six-meal daily cap is also a sensible guard against the food waste and resale problems that can follow character giveaways.
Check the official campaign site for participating restaurants, stock information and the latest menu details before travelling, because goods and food are limited and some activities are store-specific.1
