Our opinion

Tag Force GX returning on Switch 2, Switch and PC is a strong nod to the era when card games came with a surprising amount of school-life nonsense attached. The appeal will depend on how faithfully Konami recreates that character-heavy flavour without making modern players wrestle with ancient menus. Duelists should keep an eye on it, especially if the release treats the GX cast as more than decorative sleeves for a card database.
