Two Point Museum reopens a funfair in Rides & Relics

Two Point Museum is getting a funfair. Rides & Relics arrives on 8 October and puts curators in charge of a decades-abandoned amusement park at Riquetti Gardens, which they are asked to drag back into service as the county’s resident Funfair Expert.

What the DLC asks of you

The site has sat dark, rusty and guest-less for decades, and Two Point Studios is leaning into the restoration angle rather than a clean sheet. Your funfair is built on historic rides drawn from Two Point County’s past, and the blueprint system is used to design ride experiences for guests instead of simply dropping attractions onto the grass. Two Point Studios and SEGA have not announced a price yet.

Our opinion

Two Point Studios has quietly become very good at this. Rides & Relics is familiar ground, taking a run-down site, handing players a job title and letting them build, but the museum format has already shown it can absorb new themes without collapsing into busywork, and a funfair fits the game’s comedy far better than another dusty exhibition wing. Restoring an abandoned park is also a smarter hook than starting from scratch, because it gives the blueprint system something to push against. The missing price is the one thing worth waiting for before committing, and given how good the base game turned out, there is no particular reason to rush.
