STARDUST: Wish of Witch heads to PS5 and Switch 2 in Q1 2027
STARDUST: Wish of Witch is heading to PS5 and Switch 2 in Q1 2027, with a physical edition and official soundtrack.
STARDUST: Wish of Witch is coming to PlayStation 5 and Switch 2 in Q1 2027, Silver Lining Interactive and Kniv Studio have announced. The console release will also get a physical edition with the official soundtrack, while pre-orders are already open through Silver Lining Direct.1
What is coming
STARDUST: Wish of Witch is a turn-based, single-player pixel-art strategy RPG. The game follows Star and Yu through a fantasy adventure built around tactical battles, a card system, counters and combo attacks.12
The game originally launched on Steam on 28 May 2026. Its Steam listing identifies Kniv Studio as the developer and Silver Lining Interactive as one of the publishers.2
The console release
The companies have not announced a more precise launch date than Q1 2027. The physical edition and soundtrack are the clearest additions for console buyers so far, while the digital release will bring the existing strategy RPG to two new platforms.1
Our opinion
This is a useful announcement for players who prefer a handheld or living-room console to PC, particularly because STARDUST: Wish of Witch is built around short, decision-heavy battles rather than a sprawling open-world format. The important detail is that the announcement confirms platforms and a release window, not a firm day to circle in the calendar. We will need a specific date before treating the console version as imminent.
