Nintendo announced during the Nintendo Direct livestream on Wednesday that the METAL SLUG ULTIMATE COLLECTION game will launch for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 in 2027. The METAL SLUG game's X (formerly Twitter ) account also announced the game's launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam also in 2027. The game's wishlist registration for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam are now open, and wishlist for Switch and Switch 2 will open at a later date.
