Hogwarts Legacy PS5 Pro version is 85% off on PlayStation Store
The PS5 Pro Enhanced version of Hogwarts Legacy is down to $10.49 on the US PlayStation Store until 22 October.
Hogwarts Legacy is available for $10.49 on the US PlayStation Store, an 85% reduction from its usual $69.99 price for the PS5 Pro Enhanced version. The sale runs until 22 October, according to the PlayStation LifeStyle report and the linked official store listing.12
What the PS5 Pro version adds
The discount applies to the PS5 version of Hogwarts Legacy, which includes the PS5 Pro Enhanced experience. The game does not add a PS5 Pro-exclusive mode, but it uses the console's extra power to improve several existing options. PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution remains active across the available graphics settings, while Fidelity modes target 30 frames per second and Performance mode targets 60fps. HFR Performance mode can remove the frame-rate cap.1
The enhanced version also improves ray tracing, making shadows and reflections more detailed. Those changes are technical refinements rather than a new campaign, but they give owners of Sony's more powerful console a cleaner way to revisit Avalanche Software's open-world wizarding adventure.
The PlayStation release also includes the Haunted Hogsmeade Shop Quest, an additional dungeon, the Shopkeeper's Cosmetic Set and an in-game Hogsmeade shop. Players also receive cosmetics including The Glasses That Lived, an Azkaban Prisoner Uniform and Coat, an Onyx Hippogriff Mount, the Felix Felicis Potion Recipe and two Dark Wizard Brooms.1
How long the offer lasts
The $10.49 price is available until 22 October 2026. The official PlayStation Store listing is the useful checkpoint before buying, since regional prices and sale availability can change. The offer is tied to the PS5 version; it is not a general price cut across every edition or platform.2
Hogwarts Legacy launched in 2023 after being developed by Avalanche Software and published by Warner Bros. The game is also available on PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, although this particular discount is the PS5 Store deal covered here.
Our opinion
This is a straightforward bargain for PS5 owners who have been waiting to explore Hogwarts without paying full price. The PS5 Pro enhancements are useful polish rather than a reason to buy the game again, but $10.49 is low enough that the distinction matters less. Check the listing for your region before purchasing, and remember that the sale ends on 22 October rather than running indefinitely.
