GIGABYTE bundles CONTROL Resonant with selected GeForce RTX 50-series gaming hardware

GIGABYTE and NVIDIA are offering CONTROL Resonant with selected GeForce RTX 5070-or-higher graphics cards, laptops and gaming desktops until 29 September 2026.

GIGABYTE and NVIDIA are turning a new graphics-card promotion into a reason to look at CONTROL Resonant — provided you are already shopping for a fairly serious gaming machine. Buyers of selected GeForce RTX 50-series-powered graphics cards, laptops and gaming desktops can claim a copy of the upcoming game during a limited campaign.

What’s actually going on: GIGABYTE says the bundle covers eligible products powered by NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 or higher GPUs and laptop GPUs. The campaign runs from 25 August to 29 September 2026, with redemption codes available until 27 October 2026.

Eligible graphics cards include models in the AORUS GeForce RTX 50 INFINITY range, spanning the RTX 5090, 5080, 5070 Ti and 5070. GIGABYTE says the line uses its WINDFORCE HYPERBURST cooling system, while the RTX 5080, 5070 Ti and 5070 INFINITY models use a STEALTH design aimed at cleaner cable management.

The bundle also covers the GIGABYTE RTX 5090 AI BOX, which uses WATERFORCE cooling. Eligible laptops include the AORUS MASTER 16 GEN 2, GIGABYTE AERO X16 and GIGABYTE GAMING A16 PRO. Selected AORUS PRIME 5 and PRIME 3 gaming desktops are included as well.

The promotion is built around NVIDIA features including path tracing and DLSS 4.5. Those technologies can improve lighting detail and image reconstruction in supported games, but the final experience depends on the specific product, resolution, settings and game support. GIGABYTE also highlights its GiMATE AI system-optimisation agent on the eligible laptops.

Why you should care: game bundles can make a new graphics card or laptop look better value, but they should not be the reason to buy hardware that does not fit your needs. The campaign applies only to selected products, and the release does not provide a universal list of participating retailers, regional pricing or stock availability.

The promotion is also time-limited. Buyers need to purchase an eligible product during the campaign window and redeem the code by 27 October 2026. The release does not state whether the game code can be transferred or whether every country receives identical terms.

Our opinion

A free copy of CONTROL Resonant is a pleasant bonus, but it is not worth paying an inflated premium for an RTX 50-series product you did not actually want. Check the exact model, seller and local campaign terms before buying. If the hardware already makes sense, enjoy the game; if not, this bundle is just marketing wearing a nice jacket.
