ANOMALITH and CRYMELIGHT reveal wishlist milestones
Furyu celebrates major wishlist milestones for ANOMALITH and CRYMELIGHT with special videos, collaborations and a Discord giveaway.
ANOMALITH has passed 100,000 Steam wishlists ahead of its planned October 29 launch, while CRYMELIGHT has passed 77,700 wishlists before its November 5 release. Publisher Furyu announced the milestones alongside new special videos for both games. 1
The two games have also revealed crossover collaborations. ANOMALITH is teaming up with Peripeteia, while CRYMELIGHT will collaborate with Witch's Garden, Magical Princess and Mugen Sakura Roukaku. The announcements give both upcoming releases a little more context beyond their Steam Next Fest demos and launch dates. 12
What was announced
Furyu says the combined wishlist total for the two games has now passed 200,000. The company is also running a giveaway campaign through its official Discord, with full-game Steam codes available as prizes. The campaign is scheduled to run from October 20 until around 10:00 a.m. on October 27. 1
ANOMALITH is scheduled to launch on October 29 for PC, Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5. Furyu describes it as an action third-person shooter, and the official Steam listing shows the game’s combat in first-look gameplay screenshots. CRYMELIGHT is scheduled to launch on November 5 across the same platforms, according to the announcement. 13
The timing puts both games in a busy launch window, but the wishlist figures suggest that Furyu’s pre-release campaigns have found an audience. Wishlists are not sales guarantees, and they do not tell us how either game will perform after launch. They are nevertheless a useful sign of early interest, particularly when paired with playable demos and a public release date.
Our opinion
The most interesting part of this announcement is not the round-number celebration; it is the way Furyu is positioning ANOMALITH and CRYMELIGHT as connected parts of a wider promotional push. A 100,000-wishlist milestone gives ANOMALITH a clear headline, while CRYMELIGHT’s more unusual 77,700 figure gives the second game its own identity rather than treating it as an afterthought.
The crossover announcements should help both games reach players who might otherwise have missed them, but the real test arrives at launch. If the demos deliver on their premises, these wishlists could become a strong starting point. Until then, the safest conclusion is that both games have generated meaningful curiosity — not that either has already proved itself.
