Round and Round Inc. announced for November Steam release

Murbong's black-and-white incremental game turns a revolving door into a machine for admitting all of humanity.

Round and Round Inc. is turning the humble revolving door into an absurdly ambitious management challenge: the upcoming PC game asks players to admit all of humanity, one paying customer at a time. Developer Murbong announced the incremental simulator on 21 October, with a Steam release planned for November. 1

The premise starts small. Players operate a corner shop, manually spinning a revolving door by drawing circles with the mouse, or switch to an automatic drive. Customers pay to enter, and that income funds larger doors, new blade designs, advertising, higher admission fees and group bookings. The official Steam listing describes the aim as growing from a tiny shop into a department store and then a headquarters tower. 2

How the crowd grows

The door is not just a visual gag. Different blade shapes change how visitors are pulled into the building, while stored force in a flywheel gives manual spinning a role alongside automation. Buses, subways, trains and planes can deliver larger waves of customers, with special visitors including idols, tour guides and festival parades.

Murbong says the simulation can display up to 200,000 people on screen. The game is presented in stark black and white, with light and dark themes, adjustable brightness and a range of language options. Its progression also includes a reset-and-rebuild system: reopening the company grants permanent boosts and contracts for future runs.

A November launch is planned

The stated end point is as daft as the premise: fill the shop with all 8.2 billion people, then review the run's record. That target is not a promise of a real-world population simulation, but it gives the incremental format a clear finish line rather than an endless number-go-up loop.

The Steam listing currently marks Round and Round Inc. as coming soon, with a November 2026 release window for PC. It is being developed by Murbong and published by GoldWorks. 2

Our opinion

The hook works because the revolving door is both the joke and the central machine. The official details describe a surprisingly readable progression: manual input, automation, physical upgrades and increasingly ridiculous transport routes all feed into the same simple objective. The 200,000-person crowd claim gives the game a technical curiosity too, although the real test will be whether the escalating door designs remain entertaining after the novelty wears off. For now, Round and Round Inc. looks like a neatly focused oddity to watch ahead of its November launch.
