Pokemon Christmas Junbi Chu goods arrive at Pokemon Center

Pokemon Center will launch its Christmas Junbi Chu collection online on 22 October and in shops on 24 October, with festive Pikachu goods and seasonal accessories.

Pokemon is turning its Christmas shopping range into a full festive scene with Christmas Junbi Chu! (クリスマスじゅんびチュウ!), a new collection of goods arriving at Pokemon Center stores and the Pokemon Center Online. The official Pokemon announcement says online sales begin at 10am on 22 October, with the physical-store launch following on 24 October.1

The collection’s campaign artwork shows Pikachu and other Pokemon helping with Christmas preparations, including tree-themed costumes, presents and a snowy seasonal backdrop. The range includes plush toys, mascots, an advent box, a rotating light-up mirror-ball design inspired by Blacephalon, a Jumpluff Christmas sweater and a Stunfisk cardigan.1

There is plenty beyond clothing and plush, too. The official line-up includes pouches, mugs, blankets, garlands, message cards, stationery, accessories and other everyday items. That makes the collection feel less like a single novelty drop and more like a coordinated Christmas range built around the illustrated campaign.1

4Gamer reports that the online release is scheduled for 22 October at 10am, while the Pokemon Center shop release is set for 24 October. Its report also highlights the Pikachu, Jumpluff and Paldean Wooper designs used across the collection, as well as the broader mix of seasonal household goods.2

The Pokemon announcement does not frame this as a limited-time event, so shoppers should check the Pokemon Center listing for availability, regional delivery details and any item-specific limits before buying. Prices also vary across the collection, meaning the release date is the useful starting point rather than a single-ticket product launch.

Our opinion

This is a particularly strong Pokemon merchandise drop because the artwork gives the collection a clear seasonal identity instead of simply adding Santa hats to existing products. The online-first launch also gives fans a practical chance to shop before the in-store date, while the mix of plush, clothing and household items should make the range more useful than a one-character collectible run. Just remember that the online and physical releases are on different dates, so “available” depends on where you plan to shop.
