Chain Chronicle adds Silva in new Time-Space Army festival

Chain Chronicle’s new Japan-only festival adds Silva with a Time Key, summon milestones and a week of companion quests.

Chain Chronicle (チェインクロニクル) is adding Silva to a new limited-time festival in Japan, with the “Time-Space Army: Guild Master Who Protects the Future” event beginning on 18 October. The announcement comes from Aetas’ 4Gamer, reproducing the developer’s event details. 1

Silva joins the festival

The featured character is “Future-Protecting Warrior Guild Master Silva”, a five-star SSR warrior. The announcement describes Silva as carrying the “Time Key”, alongside the later-game abilities Super Resonance Special, Leader Ability and Leader Sympathy. His kit also includes the ability to temporarily stop enemies from acting, giving the new character a clear control role as well as a damage-dealer position. 1

The festival runs from 11:00 on 18 October until 9:59 on 27 October in Japan. Marina, the fiery songstress, is also returning to the summon pool. Players will receive a mixture of premium tickets, free ten-pulls, guaranteed SSR summons and exchange bonuses as they reach successive pull milestones. Reaching 100 pulls guarantees Silva, while further milestones provide SSR exchange rewards. 1

What players can earn

The event is paired with a trial quest for the new character, plus development quests offering growth materials and presents. A separate event quest restricted to characters from the Capital faction will also provide rank and character experience, according to the announcement.

The structure is familiar for a mobile RPG festival: the headline character is available through the limited summon, while the pity-style rewards make the banner more predictable for players willing to commit a large number of pulls. The useful detail here is that Silva is not just a cosmetic addition. The announcement specifically calls out his Time Key crowd-control effect and the set of abilities associated with later Chain Chronicle characters.

Sega’s official Chain Chronicle site has previously presented Silva as the guild’s powerful leader and a major warrior of the Capital faction, making him a returning figure rather than a brand-new face for the series. 2 The new event gives that established character a future-themed version for the game’s ongoing fifth chapter.

Our opinion

This is the sort of banner announcement that matters most to existing Chain Chronicle players rather than newcomers: the appeal lies in Silva’s named abilities, the guaranteed-pull path and the chance to collect upgrade materials during the same window. It is a substantial in-game event, but it is still a Japan-only mobile-game update, so readers elsewhere should treat the dates and availability as regional information rather than a global launch promise.
